Adoption Application

Before you can adopt through NFCBRAP, you must fill out our Adoption Application. You can either do this online (see below) or you can download the form (click here).

Submitting the application will also put you on our mailing list and you will be notified as cats become available in the future.

Adoption Fee Schedule
range from $50 to $150.00

Adoption directly from a shelter through our reference -- shelter fees apply
Adoption of adult that has come to us with no medical bills, up-to-date on shots, spayed/neutered and just in foster care -- $50.00
Adoption of cat/kitten that requires spaying and neutering -- $150.00
Adoption of cat from shelter that we had to pay fee to rescue -- shelter adoption cost plus medical costs plus $50 adoption fee.
