Accommodations are available year round, subject to availability. Reservations require at least 60 days advance notice. Weekday travel only. Holidays, weekends and travel before 60 days advance notice require a surcharge. Transportation to Las Vegas, meals, gratuities, and hotel room taxes (approximately $12 per night) are the responsibility of the passengers traveling.
